What is really sad is the assistant registrar, the immigration dept, ALL THE WAY UP to Zukilfli – HAS COMMITTED AN ACT OF TERRORISM AGAINST THE CITIZENS OF MALAYSIA and hence the country of Malaysia. Treason no less AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE THEY ARE DOING IT…
So the law (as amended by umno) says once gazetted no one can question the list of voters – no one, including the courts.
What happened now is not mere errors and omissions. What we have are frauds. And the courts have the power to prevent frauds even if there are clear statutory provision ruling out the courts’ power to look into list. It is a well known legal doctrine that the courts would never allow the statute to be used as a cloak for frauds.
Is A Fact that Election Omission is a subsidiary of Bumno/bn. All the evidences have been there for all to see and proven already. MaMak,C4-Bumno/bn already have in mind, in fact confirm will cheat “Big Time” G13. They already have in place plans, strategies, resources to carry out the CHEATING already. ( Resources for cheating – dubious/”illegals” M’sians with Mykad, all monies, Bumno-“Authorities” on-hand, E O’sion,,,etc.,,,,).
Those “marginalised” / slim seats will be the first targets for Cheatings in respect of each state , then Sabah ” to contain “,,
Besides ” A B U ” other counter strategies ?
The EC will be a party that will decide the outcome of results in GE13. This is the irrefutable facts. For this reason, the Rakyat must come out in full force to upset the applecart. Every vote counts!
Those that committed treason against the King and country should be dragged through the slime and the mud.
