Mrs Najib cannot be that naive to believe that gifts were meant her personally. Rosmah should ask her mother-in-law, Mrs Razak, how she dealt with gifts received from other governments. Rosmah should immediately return all gifts she has received from other governments. It would be a different matter about gifts she has received from Malaysians!
