The past three days have been the most difficult days for DAP leaders, members and supporters in the 47-year history of the party, testified by the fact that the DAP had dominated the front-pages of the Barisan Nasional mainstream media (MSM) in the past two days and hogged the Barisan Nasional-controlled air waves.
The following are the screaming front-page headlines in the BN MSM in the past two days:
DAP silap kira undi? – Pengarah pilihan raya parti itu letak jawatan (Utusan Malaysia 5.1.13)
Drama DAP – Lagi persoal isu silap kira undi (Mingguan Malaysia 5.1.13)
DAP election FIASCO – Error raises doubts about party’s ability to rule country (New Straits Times 5.1.13)
‘Embarrassing glitch’ – (New Sunday Times 6.1.13)
Sandiwara DAP pujuk Melayu – Ambil masa tiga minggua akui kesilapan pemilihan CEC (Berita Harian 5.1.13)
Tindakan DAP ‘luar biasa’ – Pinda keputusan pemilihan janggal, timbul banyak persoalan: Muhyiddin (Berita Harian t6.1.13)
It doesn’t add up (Star 5.1.13)
When DAP appears in the BN MSM, especially on their front-pages, it is not good news. In fact, often they are about lies – as in the infamous case on May 7, 2011 when Utusan Malaysia carried a front-page article headlined “Kristian agama rasmi?” (“Christianity the official religion?”), claiming that DAP was conspiring with Christian leaders to instal Christianity as the religion of the federation instead of Islam and the other infamous case on July 9, 2012 on the Utusan Malaysia front-page about the falsehood that the DAP would contest 90 of the 222 parliamentary seats to dominate Pakatan Rakyat and appoint the Prime Minister in the 13th general election.
There can be no doubt that if carpet trader, Deepak Jaikishan had made only 10% of allegations against DAP/PR leaders that he had actually made against the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak and the UMNO/Barisan Nasional leadership, Deepak would be crawling all over BN MSM in past six weeks instead of the total blackout as has actually happened.
Why have Malaysian journalism and politics descended to such a pass 55 years after Merdeka in 1957?
Although the past three days have been the most difficult days for the DAP in party history, no DAP Central Executive Committee (CEC) leader regretted doing what is right – to be humble and uphold honesty and transparency by publicly admitting our blunder in the DAP CEC election results, for honesty however hard and harsh for the immediate moment must triumph in the long run.
DAP leaders, members and supporters can continue to hold their heads high unlike others who continue to wallow in lies and falsehoods and run away from honesty, accountability and transparency.
There is more than a grain of truth in the observation of an experienced political analyst relayed by DAP life advisor Dr. Chen Man Hin that the “strong criticisms from Barisan is a frantic response by an enemy that knows that their days are numbered. They have lost the political battle, and are now grasping straws to survive.”
Umno is a Malay party ; Dap is a Chinese based party ; why using Umno/BN vs Dap/Pakatan , sound like Malay vs Chinese , that not good for Malaysia .
Re election for CEC is the best way for Dapter to move forward .
I am so proud that DAP is willing to admit a mistake and move forward.
A point totally lost to those, whose SOP is to cover up, no matter that the issue continue to be exposed for all to see.
Well, what does DAP expect fr UmnoB/BN n msm?
Of cos lah, a God’s given chance 4 UmnoB/BN n msm 2 wallop, hentam DAP kuat2 mah
Even d beast gleefully mooooed n chided DAP over d polls boo-boo/fiasco
Glitch bcos of error in using Microsoft Excel – a veri lame excuse lah
Take dis as a bitter lesson lor n improve d SOP 2 ensure dat similar errors will NOT happen again 1
Umno only for Malay members but Dap has Malay members.Get your fact correct, chengho.By the way, which race-based party do you belong to,Umno,MCA MIC?
The DAP election error revealed that DAP is a trustworthy party which will not run away from honesty, accountability and transparency.
“Resign due to inefficiency”… Familiar with this word DAP? You always uttered this magical word to your opponent. It’s your typical style to urge your opponent to resign when there is a so called issue which does not favor you… Well, this time around. With great pleasure, kindly resign due to your inefficiency. Why only Pooi Weng Keong bears the responsibility???LKS and LGE MUST BE accountable as well since they are the top leaders….Lead by example la!!!!!!
Jangan hanya suka suruh orang resign tapi sendiri tak mau resign….
Wa lau, never knew got “We Love PM Club” in 1M’sia – macam macam pun ada 1
“D club was launched last June” by LohSiMah n “currently has 4 chapters across d country”
Who said MACC not efficient?
So quickly, a Penang DCM’s aide nabbed in anti-graft sting (attempting 2 bribe a woman 2 drop a sexual har@ssment complaint lodged against a top civil official)
D aide was reported 2 b a PKR office bearer in Permatang Pauh
Looks like power, seks, $$$, corruption run in both UmnoB/BN n PR kaki’s DNA
cintanegara,it’s only party election blunder and DAP leaders have owned up with honesty, accountability and transparency unlike BN leaders who would twist, turn and lie even when caught with their pants down e.g. corruption, misappropriation funds, cheating electoral roll, murders, rapes and the list can go on and on to beat Guiness Book Record.By right, all BN ministers and leaders must
lead by example and resign! chengho must be tired and taking a nap…
There is no space for mistake for opposition, especially dap. This is what it takes to make dap strong today. When you survive under unfair challeges, your muscle grow big and strong. On the contrary, those protected with self cencoring became retarded, often confirm their idiocy in public… privileges are indeed curses in longer term.
Well may be MACC (deals with corruptions) is not exactly the correct dept to investigate into this gruesome Altantuya’s murder case but where is the “Scotland yard” equivalent of Malaysia?
All these important depts (eg. Law & Order ie. Judiciary & Police etc etc etc) seem to have been “fixed” & under the absolute dictate of a political party – UMNO.
This is a BIG reason why we must vote in a fresh Pakatan Rakyat Federal government to have a real hope of cleaning up the mess if Malaysia were to progress & compete with the others.
In similar situation, BN would have kept quiet and covered up the mistake.
Opposition has to be different with courage to admit mistake and, to be fair to the candidate, fix it. If not, why change govt?
Let the people decide and vote.
Re election the best way forward , but careful with re erection , not re erection gangnam style
WOW, shiok man, so lucky 2 b a M’sian, BR1M 2.0 $$$ fr UmnoB/BN gomen, smartphone $$$, now also got “1Malaysia Privilege Card” n “1Malaysia Integration Programme” (free flights fr AirAsia between Sabah, Sarawak and the peninsula 4 a specific period)
$$$ really dropping fr d sky fr “Gua kasih lu, lu tolong gua”
Where $$$ comes fr? RM207 billion Japanese Death Railway compensation pocketed
Can’t wait 4 d 13th erection 2 come (wet dream, man)
In any civilised, God-fearing society, the allegations made by Deepak with documentary evidence would have necessitated a full investigation. This is especially so as one woman was murdered and two police officers are appealing their death sentence. Only in bolehland can the government, the prosecutorial organs and the judiciary gang up for the whitewash. Unfortunately for Najib, the carpet dealer knows exactly how to kick out the dirt swept under the carpet by UMNO.
When cintanegera make a comment…chengho gets so excited and put out few in this post.
Both simple cannot stop talking DAP’s private affairs.
They simply have no other matters to talk about.
This is supposedly to show…how smart these two idiots are.
Never has the meaning of “shame” stooped undefined depth in bolehland dictionary against original Cambridge dic.
On one side, decidedly the ‘flagrant’ of the once pit jamban could best described the shameful non-chartable depth level, of the cheek of the ruling party (by this; being financed, paid by peoples’ monies over past 55years) with all the wrong doings; each time to portray, picking on PR actions as if they are the ones ‘the ruling party’ .
One glaringly shameful undefined depth level is the ‘PM’ still playing dumb in the face of Deepak’s revelations in particular, case of a girl being C4 !
Surprisingly Karpal and Ambiga quite on Deepak , another case of Trojan horse , we better go to movie War Horse
What is so obviously a mistake to do with system error was turned into national headlines and this proves once again that the BN government is devoid of any worthy issue to talk of. If the DAP needed to put on with such ‘sandiwara’ just to get their Malays elected, then this is NOT the DAP that you and I know of. It is an insult to the Malay members.
If LKS or LGE were to resign over such petty issue that has no significance except to come clean for an honest mistake, the whole BN government would have to resign many times over from more embarrassing issues affecting the nation as a result.
Those who fear the truth can only live in houses without mirrors.
It getting ridiculous. They really don’t care about real accountability as public officers so long as they feel no actual fear. We are officially a BANANA REPUBLIC in actual fact. WE ARE A FREAKING JOKE OF A COUNTRY…
I am sorry but the truth is the Malays and Malaysian are a freaking joke the fact these two have not been chased out of the country at this juncture..
Practice what u preach , familiar with that word eh
Well, serves you right DAP! Hey, now you know what to expect when you are in the Pakatan government after the elections. The UMNO fellows and the fellows from the little stooge parties will holler at your every mistake. Get ready for the Baptism of Fire. Criticism, whether it comes from your own Pakatan ranks or from Barisan, is ultimatley good for you and the country. Welcome criticism!
Practise what ? C4 an innocent woman ? Erase her immigration records ? Put the blame squarely on two policemen ? Refuse to acknowledge or investigate who instructed them ? Ask the PM’s brother to pay off a witness ?
Only criminals practise all these and they are enjoying life on taxpayer’s money.
Chengho/cintanegara, do you know the difference between both of you and DAP? At least, DAP is man enough to admit its mistake; whereas both of you and your masters will not only admit your mistake but actually create that mistake to cheat the nation. That is the difference.
chengho 7,43 PM ….first round in a pub…..beer….Malaysian mixing politics…with old Greek folklore…and WW1.
One beer…already talk nonsense.
chengho 10.11PM….5th round in a pub….beer..whiskey…brandy…rum…volka….
all free from visitors…enjoying his stupidity….laughing at that stupid clown.
cintanegera does not know what he is talking about.
That DAP guy resigned…admitting his mistakes.
When have you ever seen any UMNO b politician resigned….for the past decades….except Shahrizat…knowing she cannot afford to contribute to Najib’s downfall…in coming GE.
Even our defence minister wants to have his say here on a small matter when he should investigate into the multi billion ringgit ugly submarine deal.

94 days and counting.
UmnoB/BN gomen continues 2 bribe different grps of rakyat: RM10,00 n laptops 4 Christian community fr Info Ministry

Lets drink wine to that Montersball Sir n cigar too .
Bigjoe, u are a real joker , out of dated , not relevant to today geopolitic , from which planet u come from , don’t tell from Bangsar eh
Basically….journalism is dead in Malaysia.
Every media..news papers and TVs are owned and controlled by BN parties.
Journalists are like robots….formulating their reports…to please BN CEOs or out they go…jobless.
It became more and more low class reporting these 4 years…..under Najib’s leadership.. than ever before.
Journalism is basically dead….where ever a country is under dictatorship rule.
Quote from Black Rose 1.0:
“Lala’s people were going to use the SD by Laba to convince a direct participant in the 4C incident to come forward and make a SD and confess that he had been instructed…”
The rest was history.
The Deepak , Bala, Nala , Ambiga ..sound familiar script
A simpleton cannot differentiate familiarity and excitement.
A eunuch is worst…with a one track mind.
Batang cannot work…bijit shrunk to pea nut size.
Only know how to write…smile and enjoy…like an idiot.
That’s chengho.
Everyone knows we have a script with those mentioned by chengho….that will out play…Dan Brown’s stories……Hitchcock…Sherlock Holmes…when someone is smart enough to put our crime script…. into a movie.
Must not be a Malaysian producer…not up to the standard yet.
It must be someone like..Speilberg…James Cameron…or John Woo…..sure become the biggest blockbuster in Crime movies.
Umno has a lot to learn from dap. Dont hide your problems, umno. Let the public know about them. What the public want to know is how will the problems be resolved.
Yeah, so umno what plans have you got for the jib and ros?
We are talking about Rakyat , not Umno
Rakyat will vote BN , cannot play with spreadsheet
But Umno can play with C4. That’s why the rakyat won’t have another 5 years of BN.
Like LDP and CPC , Rakyat will be very prudent , BN is the only choice .
Rakyat is the People Power…..and the majority Rakyat ..the qualified voters wants Anwar to be PM.
BN will sit as Opposition.
Chengho can sweep floor in the Parliament.
So, at long last, at very long last, they have apparently found the chink in the armour of the DAP!
The legendary “achilles” heel, so to speak, of the DAP!
Wow, it must be their greatest achievement in the decades of their existence!!!!
No wonder they are crowing about it for so long!
Only just a fiasco?
Nothing near as serious and earth-shattering as the decades of corruption, scams and scandals of the ruling party?
Corruption, scams and scandals that can fill a whole encyclopaedia?
If the PR cares to put all their crimes against Malaysians in writing?
So, right-minded Malaysians, would you choose a party with only some minor fiascos in their performance or one with enough crimes to fill an encyclopaedia?
Not only are the crimes commited against the people, but also allowing the pristine nature of the country to be polluted by outsiders with whom they are colluding?
The sheer monstrosities of these crimes make them unforgivable.
This makes the determination of the Malaysian electorate to cast them out as completely inevitable!!!
Judging from the response to the posts on this site, Malaysians have really got their hackles up!!!
Because they are completely riled by the decades- long corruption, scams and scandals of the ruling party!
This indeed augurs very well for the change that we all want and sorely needed.
For a better, brighter future in this country!
