  1. Why need 15 police officers to visit Malaysiakini to investigate a reader’s letter? Isn’t that gross mismanagement of resources? Shouldn’t 10 or 12 of the police officers be sent to the street to guard against robbery?

  2. The bigger number of people means the bigger is the power. Mental professionals say that people are intimidated by the number of people. What can a small fly do ? Nothing. But many small flies can do something.

  3. ‘Things Fall Apart’ was adopted by Chinua Achebe the Nigerian writer as the title for his acclaimed novel. This book was about the life of one Okonkwo in the late 19th Century colonial Nigeria where many things were happening. Many Malaysian and Commonwealth secondary school students used this book as standard text. It was an examination book as well despite it raising many complex issues that provided much food for thought even at higher literary levels.
