It would need a confession for a miracle to occur to pin point the guilty person or persons.

No adrenalin test done
[Joshua says why not done?]
Questioned over broken window lock
A new witness, Saiful Fazamil Mohd Ali, 34, from the forensic division of the Chemist Department, was asked to match these items to Teoh.
Teoh’s blood-stained trousers was also shown in court when it was tendered as evidence.
Saiful also said that the part of a window lock found near Teoh’s body was similar to the ones attached to the windows at the 14th floor, the floor where Teoh was questioned by the MACC.
However he was unable to confirm if the broken portion was actually from the 14th follow.
When pushed by Gobind, Saiful said: “I went to the scene not to investigate but to understand the scene”.
[Joshua says How did the trouser got cut and blood stain if the window parts got no blood?]
No entries in log book.
[Joshua says even I went to MACC, KK in February 2009, I had to sign the attendance book for delivering documents only not to give any staement or interrogation, and so that real log book must have been destroyed to cover up the grievous crime]

The same pattern of enquiry is so obvious, including that during AS C4 case. Manipulated search for justice.
Some government people usually beat their chests and declared: No stone will be left unturned. We will get to the bottom of what happened. Be patient. No street demonstration.
Then we hear the so-called experts said: Didn’t do this or that critical test because police did not request for the test to be done! What lah – experts’ hands are tied because they need to be told to do this and that test – play, play only, do uninformative tests but avoid the critical informative tests.
Selective tests to be done – how to turn all stones and get to the bottom of what happened?
Now we know why so many BN guys got hauled in, questioned, and then let go, because not enough or no incriminating evidence found.
BN guys – maybe police ordered 10 uninformative tests; PR guys – police ordered SEMUA tests.
This is how justice is seen and dished out in 1Malaysia!

http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2009/7/29/nation/20090729082053&sec=nation
The inquest started with a heavy fishy smell.
a) Why a Deputy Registrar be appointed as Coroner to this so important and serious case?
Does he has the technical experience? Why should he not decided on letting Gobind having all the documents but allowing the AG and their lawyer to hold the witness statement!
b) Why the AG should appoint a private but senior lawyer to do their Job who do not have the power or obligation to order the Police to do what they should be?
c) From the newspaper above,
“The Attorney-General’s team however argued that as this was an inquest and not a trial, it is not obliged to share these documents under the law.
However, Tan, who was leading the team, said the state was willing to furnish all documents, except witnesses’ statements.”
THIS IS NONSENSE!
If Document related to the INQUEST ARE NOT TO BE OPENED, why should INQUEST BE OPENED TO TEOH’S FAMILY. Shouldn’t the point be decided by the Court instead of AG and Tan?
2. Has the case be classified under Sect 329 d) instead of 239 e)?
3. Why shouldn’t the Group of Lawyer for the Selangor Government be teamed up with Gobind? Do they have legal standi if they do not represent the interest of Teoh’s family? Same for the Bar Council. Otherwise, they should be granted with the Rights of giving opinion on the proceedings but not on cross-examining the witness!!
4. I had posted in 23/7 that the body should be x-rayed or even CT. (But it was not shown).
This could at least give a summary of the number and position of bone fractures for further investigation.
5. What had been given to TBH to drink or eat during the long hours of interrogation? Coffee or Tea should contain at least some caffeine which should be considered as “poison”.
6. The brownish stuff in the stomach can be coffee or even blood after mixing with food or others. So what are those brown stuff?
7. If the broken window is not from 14th floor then it should be investigated from which floor.
5. The log book
DAP must make announcement to call in those having experience in signing the log book to get into MACC to give witness, especially those visiting during July 15 & 16.
At least MACC should provide the list of MACC personnels in & out during the period.
SURELY IT IS HARD TO PERSUADE THE PEOPLE THAT MACC, POLICE, AG (or even the Court) that they are serious!
No entries in the Visitors’ log book clearly showed that the security guard service company had done a big disservice to the public of Malaysia. I wonder why it is easy to find a lot of irresponsible security guard service companies operating in some prime commercial buildings where important government offices are located!
This is just another bad example of the consequences of refusal to adopt meritocracy in hiring staff and in award of outsourced contract services!
“No adrenalin test done!”
I wonder how competent is the Chemist of the Malaysian Government in the respect of this field of test – adrenalin test!
It seems that a highly qualified Chemist is required to complete the whole task of assisting the inquest into the cause of death of Teoh Beng Hock!
The inadequacy of the chemical analysis report clearly shows that it is a big failure of the Federal Government in refusal to adopt meritocracy in hiring staff!
I wonder if the DNA expert got the DNA samples directly from the person being tested or the samples delivered to her through third parties?
Did she directly extract the DNA sample from Teoh’s body or had the sample delivered to her through third parties?
Pictures from Malaysia Insider’s report -“Cops told to investigate ‘new details’ in Teoh case ” (AUGUST 08 2009)
shows that the window’s lower level at the Plaza Masalam where Teoh B H said to have fell from is at chest level -ruling out the possibility of accidental fall –
so no accidential fall, no commit suicide
What else is the possibility?
The other facts are :
1.His handphone was still in the custody of MACC after he was found dead -implying that he was still in MACC custody when the incidence uccured
2.It happened within MACC premises -guarded by security personnel -so no strangers are freely going to and from MACC premises unless authorised by MACC.
Please ensure that ‘no stone left unturned’ as promised
And ensure too that ‘no secret tunnels beneath the stones unexplored’
