  1. What does this mean when 157 samples for DNA and only 97 witnesses?

    Another sham???

    DNA samples provided

Earlier, Gobind said that Kajang councillor Tan Boon Wah and one Lee Wye Wing have provided their DNA sample to investigators, but that these did not match the DNA found on Teoh’s blazer and belt.

Hock Chuan had told the coroner today that 157 samples swabs have been taken from officers in Selangor MACC, police personnel, forensics personnel, cleaners, witnesses and two members of the public.

    =====================================

Since Tan Boon Wah and Lee Wye Wing were not involved in Teoh’s death, police should investigate the ‘black blog’ and find out who the author is as he may well be Teoh’s murderer who attempted to divert public attention to Tan and Lee after committed the murder.

What talking you? Since Tan Boon Wah and Lee Wye Wing are not UMNO members, who cares? Don’t you know that Malaysian police practise selective prosecution and is an arm of UMNO, just like UMNO Youth and Wanita UMNO?

  4. Lets give some good views here.

Even with 157 samples, the ‘murderers’ or the ‘ones’ on the clothing of deceased still not identified. So it is reasonable to assume that the people involved would never be found.

So MACC would be cleared as we need conclusive evidence to identify the persons involved and DNA is the conclusive item when Police has yet to come out with its own investigation report.

So it likely to be held in suspense.

If there have identified the ‘two persons’ via the DNA, the inquest should stop wasting times and zoom into that.

only 15 days for 97 witnesses and today it is half day and tomorrow it is a site visit. So how many witnesses would be called in 15 days?

I believe there are ‘spiritual bodyguards’ partime or on contract with all Government departments and agencies. Such persons not on the official payroll would be handy men for ‘dirty ‘jobs too.

As Najib promised the family – no stone unturned- and this aspect of ‘bomohs’ should be examined.

BTW, how much did it cost the taxpayers for those 157 DNA examinations and this is part of the illegal Government’s profligacy. Very expensive evil drama.

  5. Wan Rosli is inconsistent or he lied about the records.
If there were no records of visitors, how did Wan Rosli know this?
Wan Rosli: There were three officers from KDN (the Home Ministry), sometime after midnight but they occupy another floor.

    This is posted from M’kini

Witness: No recording of ins and outs

Wan Rosli also said that he did not record particulars of any visitors to the building during his night watch.

He said that although there was a visitors’ log-book at the lobby, the MACC officers were not required to fill in particulars whenever they brought in someone.

He was responding to a question from lawyer Gobind Singh Deo, representing Teoh’s family.

Gobind: When you see the visitors entering or leaving the building at such odd hours, did you not take their particulars? Their purpose of the visit? And where they are heading to?

Wan Rosli: No, I agree I did not take down their particulars (photo:left).

Gobind: How regular in a week is it that the MACC officers would go in and out of Plaza Masalam office (at such late hours)?

Wan Rosli: Once or twice a week.

Gobind: Isn’t this odd that MACC is working at these hours?

Wan Rosli: I know they operate for 24 hours.

Gobind: Can you state how many outsiders were brought in by MACC officers that night?

Wan Rosli: I do not know.

Gobind: Besides MACC officers, who came in late that night?

Wan Rosli: There were three officers from KDN (the Home Ministry), sometime after midnight but they occupy another floor.

Gobind: Did your security firm conduct an internal investigation after the incident?

    Wan Rosli: No.

  6. From M’kini

There were 10 Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers in the Selangor headquarters between 8pm on July 15 and 8am on July 16, the day political aide Teoh Beng Hock died.

so if according to earlier info, Teoh died between 8.30 am and 9.30 am when all these 10 officers already left. So there were only ghosts there after 8 a,m.

Wait and see if there is a log book tomorrow.

Coroner wants the visitors’ log book

Meanwhile, Abdul Rahman told the inquest that he manned the lobby counter between 4am and 8am and saw some of the MACC officers leaving the building.

Among them were the MACC assistant director as well as the last officer said to have seen Teoh alive. The latter had left at 6.10am.

Coroner Azmil Muntapha Abas at the conclusion of today’s inquest instructed Abdul Rahman to bring the visitors’ log-book tomorrow.

Earlier, Azmil asked the investigating officer as to who was in possession of the log-book and was told the police did not have it.

  8. 1. According to http://mmail.com.my/content/8390-death-teoh-beng-hock-qa-federal-macc-director-investigations-datuk-mohd-shukri-abdul
On 16/7, MACC Director of Investigation advised
    a) Teoh was interrogated from 5:30pm to 3:45am and no one would have witness Teoh after 4pm.
    b) He was not sure of the cause of death
    c) He “does not think” there is CCTV in MACC building.
    d) He said said that “we have no witness” after 4am.
    The Questions are:
    a) Who had interrogated Teoh and who was the last seeing him on 4pm and where?
    b) Should Teoh be allowed to be alone after 3:45am wondering around in the building?
    3. Only on 20/7 that the Police had seized some Documents and CCTV from MACC. So,
    The Questions are:
    a) What are the list of those documents and CCTV. Had the Police got the list signed on receipt of all these? And, if MACC had signed to confirm what they had allowed the Police to take away?
    b) Any Statement been taking from those interrogating Teoh and those who were in the building during the Interrogating period?
    c) Did MACC keep track on who were on duty during the period?
    3. The Inquest now showing CCTV for period 12midnite to 4pm.
    Question:
    a) Shouldn’t the CCTV be operating 24hours a day. Therefore, there should exist the recording for the period from Teoh into MACC until the time when the Police seized the CCTV.
    b) Under MACC Act, MACC is deemed to be operating 24 hours. Or, should it be at least some one on duty at night?
    c) Should the Security Guard be instructed to get every to ign and out during off office hours and not to have “agreed” not to sign?
    4. a) The CCTV and the recording should be sealed and subject to Expert examination.
    b) The list of MACC personnel on duty during the period should be there.
    5. From the DNA report on the belt or other objects, how many people should be involved?
    6. What are the relationships of those 157 people or 97 witness to this case?
Did the Police provided the 97 witness statement?

  9. The recording of MACC’s officers access or exit from the official place of work provides a convenient(?) loophole for mischevous elements to operate for whatever purpose.
I thought the former ACA had a “major makeover” but it appears that they spent most of the monies on nice offices and stationery with no improvements to procedures.

  10. TBH’s family must be given a list of all the MPs who voted for the formation of the macc in 2008 so that they may hit the list with their shoes while chanting curses when observing the coming 7th Chinese Lunar Month.

    [Joshua says why not done?]

    Questioned over broken window lock

A new witness, Saiful Fazamil Mohd Ali, 34, from the forensic division of the Chemist Department, was asked to match these items to Teoh.

Teoh’s blood-stained trousers was also shown in court when it was tendered as evidence.

Saiful also said that the part of a window lock found near Teoh’s body was similar to the ones attached to the windows at the 14th floor, the floor where Teoh was questioned by the MACC.

However he was unable to confirm if the broken portion was actually from the 14th follow.

When pushed by Gobind, Saiful said: “I went to the scene not to investigate but to understand the scene”.

[Joshua says How did the trouser got cut and blood stain if the window parts got no blood?]

    No entries in log book.

[Joshua says even I went to MACC, KK in February 2009, I had to sign the attendance book for delivering documents only not to give any staement or interrogation, and so that real log book must have been destroyed to cover up the grievous crime]
