Datuk Zambry Abdul Kadir (self-claimed 3-in-1 Mandela, Gandhi, King) returns to the Mentri Besar’s office in SUK (State Secretariat) Perak this morning as a doubly illegitimate Perak Mentri Besar.
When Zambry first entered the Perak Mentri Besar’s office on Feb. 6, 2009, he was just illegitimate Mentri Besar as it was the result of an unethical, undemocratic, illegal and unconstitutional power grab based on three “political frogs” who have since disappeared from public view and dared not return to their constituency to meet their voters.
When Zambry re-entered the SUK today, he had become doubly illegitimate Mentri Besar as a result of the landmark Kuala Lumpur High Court judgment that there was never a vacancy for him to become a lawful and legitimate MB.
Zambry knew that since Monday, he had become doubly illegitimate as pretender Mentri Besar after the judgment by Justice Datuk Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim declaring Datuk Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin as the lawful Mentri Besar.
The extraordinary “stay” the single-judge Court of Appeal granted to Zambry “stayed” Nizar from returning to his lawful office as Mentri Besar, but did not overturn the High Court decision that Zambry is usurper Mentri Besar and could be no licence for him to re-enter SUK to re-usurp the office of Mentri Besar.
Zambry has cast Perak into a constitutional limbo where there is no Mentri Besar – as Nizar is prevented from carrying out his lawful duties by the “stay” order, while an illegal and illegitimate Zambry cannot under any stretch of imagination be allowed to usurp the MB’s office!
It is because Zambry knows that he has become “doubly illegitimate” that he evaded all questions about the legitimacy of his claim as Mentri Besar when asked by reporters this morning.
Zambry said lamely: “You should not ask me that question. You should ask that question to the court.”
No court ever said that Zambry is the lawful and legitimate Mentri Besar, so how could Zambry who claims to be “3-in-1 Mandela. Gandhi. King” gate-crash another time to re-occupy the Mentri Besar’s office?
Zambry should prove that he is worthy to mention the names of Gandhi, Mandela and King by agreeing to the dissolution of the Perak State Assembly and going back to Perakians for mandate as to who should form the state government of Perak.
This is why there is escalating chorus of calls for the dissolution of Perak State Assembly as the only viable solution to the four-month-long Perak constitutional and political impasse – coming not only from the Senate President, Tan Sri Dr. Abdul Hamid Pawanteh but from Suhakam yesterday.
If there is a single Gandhi, Mandela or King cell in Zambry, with a minimal moral sense of right and wrong, the Perak Assemblyman for Pangkor would have declared that following the Abdul Aziz judgment, he would not enter the Mentri Besar’s office in SUK until and unless he is pronounced as the lawful Mentri Besar – instead of gatecrashing the MB’s office and even presiding over a meeting of an illegal, unlawful, illegitimate and pretender State Exco!
nearly made me puke …
one thing is this Kembiri guy really has got not sense. Really wonder how he get his phd. such a disgrace.
if he really want to be a step nearer to Gadhi , Mandela or King. He should really understand what they are fighting for. He seems to be making no sense at all. has he lost a few wires in his brain ?
Does setting aside the order mean that he is legitimate. Really tak malu punya budak pangkor. I think the lowly educated Pangkor fisherman would know how to react in this situation.
He will inevitably remembered as the greatest I Diot in Malaysian history.
As per the recent high court decision that idiot who labelled himself gandhi is not the lawful mb. The stay does not make him lawful. Hence, he has no authority to touch any state government’s documents especially official secrets. He may be charged in court and sentenced for doing so.
So that idiot who labelled himself gandhi pls beware.
Gandhi, Mandela and King cannot lah. The 3–in-1 should be Uganda’s Idi Amin, Sudan’s Omar Bashir(wanted by the ICC for genocide) and ‘Cannibal’ emperor Bokassa of the Central African Republic (who liked to eat school children)
Lodge police report.
I think Zambry meant Indira Ghandi, not Mahatma. Indira apparently murdered all her opposition politicians.
Uncle Lim, don’t forget to followup on OTK’s case (PKFZ), what is the outcome? Are letting him off or forget about it. Perak is important but we need to work others thing too. Sorry I’m not being bossy but want to knows what is the outcome of PKFZ.
If Zambry can claim to be like Gandhi, Mandela & Martin Luther King, then I can claim to be like GOD.
:D
Sorry – Are we letting him off
I can never imagine that we have such an idiot sitting as judge in the COP? What does the stay mean really? It seems he has already overruled the High Court decision and returned the MBship to the fake Ghandhi @ fake ML King. It seems Zambry had won the appeal proper itself!!!
As I see it no sensible judge would grant any stay without stating what it means. Can Zambry take out RM 1 million from the state kitty?
I wonder how Dr. Zambry is going to serve effectively, legitimately and lawfully as a Menteri Besar when the Kuala Lumpur High Court has already ruled that the Appointment of Zambry as the Menteri Besar was illegitimate and unlawful since the Sultan has no power to terminate Nizar from the post of Menteri Besar in order to vacate the seat of the Menteri Besar.
For instance, if there is any transaction which involves with transfer of GSA land title, will the land buyers be convinced that the approval for land transfer is valid since the administrative support which bears the signature of the illegitimate and unlawful Menteri Besar Zambry has already been issued for purpose of giving instruction to the PTG office to approve the land transfer? Will it cause huge loss to the GSA land buyer or low-cost housing buyer if the approval bearing the signature of the illegitimate and unlawful Menteri Besar is to be declared null and void when the Cour of Appeal upholds the judgement of Kuala Lumpur High Court which rules that Zambry is the illegitimate Menteri Besar?
Will Zambry please advise the Sultan to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly with immediate effect since the appeal filed to the Court of Appeal by Zambry on the case of Nizar versus Zambry will likely cause further delay to the assume of urgent duty which requires the signature of a legitimate and lawful Menteri Besar?
A thick-skinned Zambry does not know what shame is?

:D
Hey Dr.Zambry Let’s hope you do one thing just one decent thing for the raykat. Will you please agree with the MB Nizar to desolve the state assembly and let perakians decide who they want ,you or Nizar .Yeap DR.Zambry, just this one decent act,we need from you.
Zambry has been ruled by the High Court as the illegitimate MB but he still occupies the MB office when the rightful person should be Nizar.
Where does Nizar’s authority comes from? It comes from the police who will drag out the rightful MB if he does not vacate the office while protecting Zambry.
The rule of law is dead in Perak. In reality, Perak is being governed by the gun.
Jamesy,
More likely those certificates are fakes. From his speeches and actions, he cannot be that smart to pass all those Examinations. But one thing is clear and true: Zambry has been blinded and stupefied by his greed for power and money to the extent that he cannot understand simple Court language…….
The judge declared Nizar the lawful MB….There was never a vacancy for the MB’s post……Nizar’s removal was not done according to procedure, that he can only be removed by a ‘no confidence’ vote in the State Assembly.
How so he now claims himself to be the MB?
Anywhere Zambry contest in an election in future, voters must work hard to ensure he loses his deposit. All agree???
Its true, this self 3in1 thinks he’s some kind of Milo or new version of teh tarik. Go http://new2013nation.wordpress.com to see what kind of species can relate.
It is understandable the police will only support corrupt government….. “Lu orang makan, lu orang punya pandai. Kita polis rasuah, buat salah, lu tak boleh cakap apa-apa. Sama sama cari makan”
I simply cannot believe that Dr. Zambry holds a PhD degree and a M.A. Degree in the field of Political Science from Temple University, U.S.A.
I wonder how he got a distinction in his PhD study program since in the Perak fiasco, he never seemed to display a single bit of his respect and knowledge about the Concept of Separation of Powers among the Executive Branch, the Judicial Branch and the Legislative Branch of the Government, which is the essence of the American Style democracy.
And he is so stubborn in his belief that he is the mandatory Menteri Besar and he never shows a single bit of intent of wanting to give up in the political struggle through an illegal, unconstitutional and undemocratic way of power ursupation in Perak by resorting to money politics and bribery! What a Big Shame on Zambry! With Dr. Zambry’s shameful behaviour, will he be courageous enough to attend the anniversary celebration of Temple University Alumni?
Dear Readers,
I hope Sultan Azlan will be wise enough to remedy his previous mistake. He should know very well that in a Democracy, the will of the people is supreme.
He (Sultan Azlan) should also very well know how the support of the 2 ex-PKR ADUNS were obtained by BN. It is well known to all that they were both trapped into an act of corruption and then enticed to accept a deal to support BN in order to save themselves!
The believe that BN has a majority in the Perak state assembly is therefore seriously defective. I am alarmed that the Sultan can ignore this. The Rakyat, are no ex-Lord Presidents but they all know this simple fact. The rakyat are therefore very angry with the Sultan on this, I am sure.
To me the ball is now at the Sultan’s court so to speak.
It is only right that the Sultan undo what the mess he had done in the first place to Perak and its democracy.
Cheers,
Raja Chulan
I am wondering who was Zambry’s supervisor when he did his PhD in Pemikiran Politik.
He does not have any political sense at all. Comparing King to himself. Did he know or read about King, when he did his thesis, that King struggle for equal rights for the blacks. He, on the other hand, is for special rights. OMG.
Raja Chulan, Well said.
The way BN got its so-called majority is important to the political development in Perak, and the country. The ordinary persons had to live by the number, and follow the rules of the game which might have been unfairly imposed. The Ruler had the opportunity to right the wrong. Unfortunately in Perak, the wrong was hastened and strengthened.
It was said that Tuanku Abdul Rahman, the first Agong said that he could not sack Tunku Abdul rahman, the first PM, but that could be done the other way around. Najib said that he could see the Sultan of Perak anytime, but that snap election is the prerogative of the Sultan of Perak. Najib laid the responsibility with the Sultan for not calling a snap election, which is the only way out in Perak impasse. But Najib felt now that he was too big to seek an audience with the Sultan to declare that he agrees with the snap election. Meanwhile people think that the ball to solve Perak crisis is at the Sultan’s feet. Unfortunately, the ball was at Najib’s corner but the shadow got reflected at the Sultan’s feet.
UMNO has created the institution of Demi-God to take the blame but at the same time prevented from doing the right thing.
Mandela and Ganghi is definitely out of his reach, king, he is too ugly a black scum, to claim a throne…perhaps, try the sultans, they are degrading themselves to his level…possible?
This is typical of a UMNO Ketuanan Melayu mentality, big pr#ck, pea brain.
Zambry looks more like Robert Mugabe.
The MONGREL of all Mongrels!
Zabry….. is the Perak’s ‘MB or invalid MB’ who do not have the blessing of the real king -the people of PERAK !
Zambry -is the Perak’s ‘MB or invalid MB’ does not have the blessing of the real king -the people of PERAK !
and afraid to face the verdict of the people by fresh election….
So he used the court to ‘pre-empt’ dissolution of DUN
I wonder how he got a distinction in his PhD study program since in the Perak fiasco, he never seemed to display a single bit of his respect and knowledge about the Concept of Separation of Powers among the Executive Branch, the Judicial Branch and the Legislative Branch of the Government, which is the essence of the American Style democracy. Onlooker
Do you seriously think Zambry does not know? If you really think so, then you are zombie.
biri-biri can only likened himself as the 3 legends in terms of skin colour and nothing else.

Perak MB Zambry Abd Kadir clarifies his blog posting which has been the subject of debate and ridicule.]
he denied…sighs…
The Sultan has also gone missing? Using his son as a shield.
all this while there were many clowns , in this circus, so far this one is the most hardworking one…..he has shown to be very suitable in the farm with the cows..moo moo here and moo there, everywhere moo…
careful dont step on his bull sh*t.
sorry for him..you see he is given a chance and very desperately need to get respect from his talent scouts….so only way he knows how….you tell me
Mandela and Gandhi liberate; Zambry shackles
Mandela and Gandhi suffered for their people; the people suffer Zambry
Zambry is Dumbry; he is Dumbdela and Dumbdhi, certainly not Mandela and Gandhi.
Stopping the legal process by putting the cart before the horse is symbolic of the stay of execution issued by the appeals court.
Does it mean that the future of the governance of Perak will be determined solely by the decisions of the
courts and the people will have no say in determining this critical political issue as enshrined in the document of destiny, the Perak state constitution?
This usurping of the people’s right to choose their government by “legalcrats” is ludicrous.
The legal morass in Perak, which is the result of an ill conceived political coup d’etat, and the subsequent actions to present a facade of legitimacy will be the laughing stork of the world by presenting a travesty of democracy to the democratic world.
Whither democracy or is it “legalcracy”?
“Whither democracy or is it “legalcracy”?”
Legalcracy or legalcrazy? What is legal is not necessarily just. So why bother about legality? You won’t want to talk about legality to the guy you meet at the back alley who point a gun at your neck, do you?
I would guess that the recent court decisions are BN’s attempt at damage control.
Mahathir strongly proclaimed that the Sultan had no right to dismiss the MB. Loo and behold, suddenly the judge ruled that Nizar was wrongfully dismissed. This was the first step in damage control in an attempt to reduce the perception that BN was manipulating the judiciary to wrest control of Perak.
Second step, quickly order a stay so that Nizar cannot legally exercise his powers.
The next step, BN media will likely try to demonize PR as the ones who are hungry and greedy for power. BN will probably offer some sort of compromise or power sharing in order to ‘better serve the people’. If DAP rejects it, BN will quickly say that DAP people are hungry for power.
If DAP accepts any compromise, you’ll be sure that the UMNO men are going to start immediately undermining DAP and sabotaging their efforts and then claiming it’s all DAP’s fault.
Everything so far has played into the hands of DAP thanks to the morons in UMNO. But now, with the latest court rulings, DAP may find itself being outmaneuvered in Perak.
I say let BN have Perak. It will be a serious thorn in their side.
People are more likely to remember the illegal takeover of Perak rather than the ‘attempted’ illegal takeover of Perak.
And anyway, Perak DAP’s leaders and reps are a pretty sad and mediocre bunch as well. I don’t think they’ll be able to perform that magnificently anyway. And the ‘rakyats’ expectations of PR are extremely high. I doubt these bunch would be able to meet such high expectations.
As I recall, one of the points made by the public prosecutor in the attempt to justify charging the lion MP with the sedition act, is that in a press conference, the lion MP had said that HRH Sultan of Perak constitutionally has no power to dismiss Nizar from the post of Perak MB.
Then last week, the old doctor had said the same thing, but as expected, he wasn’t also charged with the sedition act.
Then just at the beginning of this week, a KL High Court judge made a ruling based on that very same thing the lion MP & the old doctor had said earlier.
So, why hasn’t the sedition charge against the lion MP been dropped?
By right, that Court of Appeals judge should not have granted a stay against the High Court ruling to reinstate Nizar as the Perak MB.
That judge should have foreseen that granting a stay would disrupt the continuity of the state government operations hours after Nizar and his excos had resumed their duties.
That judge should have known very well that such a disruption is not in the best interest of the state and its people.
That judge should have just allowed the Pangkor ADUN to present his appeal, and let Nizar & his excos administer the state government until he (the judge) eventually arrives at a decision whether to uphold or overturn the High Court ruling.
Naturally a good judge should have good judgement to do his/her duty correctly.
If you can’t stand up there and say you are the legit MB, then you have no business being there. Someone else saying you are MB just don’t make you one in a democratic elected state. Someone else saying you are MB is called COLONISATION!!!!!
Radovan Karadzic, Slobodan Milosevic, Pol Pot, Mugabe are closer to what Zambry is..
He has a face of a down’s syndrome, only a fool will keep on doing things to shame himself and to drive the voters to the other direction. If he is to con’t doing what he is doing now, I really can’t see any future for the ailing bn. He could be starved of publicity and eager to impress his comrades, but he doesn’t realise he is not only monkeying himself, he is actually helping PR to gain more sympathies.
