MIC President Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu yesterday castigated Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) adviser Anwar Ibrahim, accusing him of deceit and not helping Indian estate workers when he was in power.
When Anwar was deputy prime minister, he “did nothing” for the estate workers, let alone the Indian community, said the Works Minister.
Samy Vellu said: “I have copies of letters I sent to him seeking assistance (for estate workers when Anwar was deputy prime minister), but he did not lift a finger to help.”
This was the MIC President’s response to Anwar who had said that Indians in estates were treated like slaves and subjected to abject poverty. “They live in fear of thugs and their overlord minister. The Indians are treated as third class, not by us but by you,” Anwar said, referring to Samy Vellu.
Anwar said estate workers were intimidated and bribed into supporting the Barisan Nasional during the recent Ijok state constituency by-election.
Anwar is fully capable to defending himself and I have no intention of replying on Anwar’s behalf.
However, I have received calls from Malaysian Indians wanting to know from Samy Vellu why the MIC President had been a party to the marginalization of Indians and kept quiet for so long even now.
It is now almost nine years since Anwar was expelled from Umno and no more in the Barisan Nasional but the plight of the Indians have got worse rather than better, (as illustrated by the highest percentage of Indians in Simpang Rengam detention centre, completely out of proportion with the population ratio) reinforcing their status as the new underclass in Peninsular Malaysia.
I am therefore raising two question on behalf of Malaysian Indians who had phoned me asking me to speak up on their behalf, viz:
- Why the marginalization of Malaysian Indians as the new underclass in Peninsular Malaysia have got worse nine years after Anwar had been sacked from Umno and no more in BN government; and
- What concrete steps and masterplan have been adopted by the Barisan Nasional under the Ninth Malaysia Plan to restore to Malaysian Indians their full citizenship rights as Malaysian sons and daughters of the soil, and enable them to believe beyond a shadow of doubt that they have an equal place under the Malaysian sun — a key principle of successful Malaysian nation-building as defined by Raja Muda of Perak, Raja Nazrin.
The Indians’ predicament has definitely worsened in the past 8 – 9 years, and Anwar cannot be held accountable for that. It is clear that Semi Value, being the enforcer for UMNO, has totally ignored the interests of the Indians, and is more interested in pleasing his UMNO masters.
I have been flabbergasted as to why the Indians continue to vote in those who have stolen from them, those who have simply taken the allocations meant for Indians into their own pockets. I have also been flabbergasted at how Semi Value can go on the offensive in spite of all the irrefutable proof of the continued marginalisation of his own race.
Three words: Money is power
Another three words: Thugs, Gangsters, Overlords
All driven by: Money is not enough
And:
I must keep up with the Joneses and grab whatever I can while I’m still alive and in position.
Finally:
Nevermind that I may die in my position, no worms shall escape from the can.
The increase in indian thugs and gangsters shows that the indains learn fast. Actually they are learning from the President of MIC.
And when they are in power, they will snub out all opposition, and take everything for themselves, and throw out scraps for their followers.
The gangsters have learnt well from their guru!
Samy should have just shut his mouth……. and no one will accuse him of being dumb.
Samy oh Samy !. Is your hair is real or not ?. When wind blows
it will drop on the floor. That is why your sayings is always offsetted.
A staff of mine in his Manager position quit last month, during his 3-month designation notice perioid, he tried to accomplish most tasks & leave some notes to his future successor (which I have not got one). Neverthelss, there are still lots of follow up work & “crabs” for me to clean up on the week he left.
I got to review all the procedures again & start a lots of things from sctratch, anyway I never say a single negative remarks on him among the colleagues nor to any of our business partners as I realised this is not professional & gentlemen for me to put all blames on someone that no longer working with us.
Now, look at our Samy Vellu & Chan Kong Choy that pushing all the wrong Chinese schools policies implementation & Indian poverty issues to Annuar Ibrahim whom has left the government cabinet like more than 8 years ago. The question is why are these not corrected all these years ??? Are they too scare to raise the issues to their BIG brother up there ???
A we all know all the non-Bumi ministers are put there as wall paper to adorn the BN cabinet. As I had explained before they really do not have much powers as Samy himself had confessed many times. They just had to play smart to survive.
The rural folks are obviously a little confused and ignorant on this and they keep on voting for them. The urban folks will have the answer for them but unfortunately they are all big constituencies and hence disadvantaged.
I think Samy had made himself obvious that he will praise or even pray to those higher than him and stepping on those below him or has no control on him. If tomorrow Anwar were to come back as A PM or deputy PM, I am sure he will sing a totally different tune. He will praise Anwar skyhigh. That is MIC, “Most Idiosyncrasy Congress”. Anyway he has played well to be able to survive in this harsh politics of UMNO for the last 20 over years. For that you must give also give him credit.
It is Semi’s job to defend the indians. He has not done it satisfactorily at all in the past 20plus years. For that no indian with half a brain (not many apparently) will not and cannot forgive him.
Can anyone deny that as far as Samy Vellu and his cronies are fatted and feasted, that’s all that really matters!
As for the Indians in the estates, come by-elections or general elections, a few sewing machines will do the trick with ‘buying’ the votes. This is how pathetic the rural and marginalised Indians have become under Samy Vellu, deprived of human dignity and treated like scums of the earth.
Samy, so what have u got to say?
If what Samy Vellu had said: “I have copies of letters I sent to him seeking assistance (for estate workers when Anwar was deputy prime minister), but he did not lift a finger to help.†is true then what the hell that as a very senior minister he is keeping quiet when the poor Indians obviously needs help. He has put his foot in his mouth. He can only talk big to those lower than him but anybody of higher authority than him he just keep quiet.
By telling this he is also guilty for not helping the Indians for if he feels strongly that the Indians need help he should have put his foot down. For the fact that he kept quiet is only to tell everybody that his own interests is more important than anybody else.
Sometime I just wonder why do we keep voting for such apathetic politicians. I think deep down they themselves know that they cannot do much are are just depending on the generosity of UMNO which will come only after their YB is dead.
It is really sad that the component parties had dropped to such low level and I am also speaking from personal experience during my conversation with some non_UMNO BN politicians..
AN EXCELLENT ARTICLE ON TODAY’S WORLD
“…a people becomes extinct when it no longer has a creative capacity, and the capacity to change its world … The great Sumerians became extinct, the great Greeks became extinct, and the Pharaohs became extinct.”
When you are free, you have to face reality, the world in its entirety. You have to deal with the world’s problems, with everything … On the other hand, if we are slaves, we can be content and not have to deal with anything.
From http://www.atimes.com/atimes/Middle_East/IE08Ak05.html
I say samy…your friend, jj, said that because you are dark skin, so therefore you are low class.
The last i check, you are the leader of all indians in malaysia. so dei!, start acting like a leader. If not, then just keep quiet!
Actually I am wondering whether Samy Value is the MIC president or Anwar Ibrahim. As a MIC president Samy Value should know that he has a big responsibility in helping malaysian indians especially the indian estate workers. He cannot expect a non Indian leader like Anwar Ibrahim to shoulder this responsibility. If he thinks that Anwar Ibrahim did nothing during the time when he was in power then he should voice this out during that time and not now. He should fight for the indians right at that time. But, he chose to keep quiet at that time and to brings it out only now when Anwar rocks his boat. No wonder indians have been left so far behind compared to other races in malaysia. I think malaysian indians should wake up now and realize the damage Samy Value has done to them and not to keep voting him to head the MIC. He is one of the umno leaders and not the MIC leader.
Is it surprising that the smallest minority group based on race has found itself isolated, or made to feel and look expandable or as some people prefer ‘marginalized’. What does the term mean? Does it mean they were put on the margins like a footnote, or that they live on the margins of society, in the shadows until their presence as a minority group is felt during times like general elections?
The Indians were originally brought over to the then Malaya to serve on the country’s railways and rubber estates to tap rubber and to serve as coolies minding the railway tracks (the lucky ones rising to the position of station master) by the British. Something a certain Sheena in far away California, USA would do well to take into consideration as a cold fact of history. But today after some 50 or so years, where do they stand in the country’s composite of disparate groups jockeying for power and domination, one over the other? Some have taken to the professions – being engineers, doctors, lawyers. Others have taken to selling aphrodisiacs along Masjid India. Yes, the Indians are not a homogenous lot. There are the Hindus attending temples like the one in Brickfield and then there are the Muslims attending mosques like the one in Masjid India and Christians who flock to the country’s many Catholic churches dressed in their Sunday best. They have been successful in making their presence felt not only in temples, churches and mosques but also in the legal profession. Within a few generations the Indians have leapfrogged from a life time of bleeding rubber trees of its precious latex to lending money at rates high enough to allow them to live in comfort and off the pain of others, and to being engineers, doctors and lawyers. That is not ‘marginalization’ however it may be defined. That’s progress.
It is only when their position as a community is compared to those of the other races that ‘marginalization’ takes on any meaning.
Their position today relative to the other more dominant racial groups is due to their leaders who come from different castes and whose dedication, whose loyalty comes with a price. It is a price that ordinary Indians at the bottom rung of the caste system are prepared to pay. Their loyalty to their leaders is paid for at general elections when their tenure as leaders of their community is renewed.
Is it surprising that all things considered, as the weakest link in the electoral alliance known as the Alliance and later as a member of the national coalition, that the pleas of their supporters are often ignored? The Indians in addition have to reckon with the politics of numbers and not just of race and religion.
The Indians’ cultural mindset, if you will, is often summarized this way: if there is one Indian there can be no disagreement, if there are two you have two Indians exercising their oratorical skills as they try to reach an agreement; and with three there is a trade union – there is an agreement. But with MIC, (m)any (I)ndians (c)ongregate to disagree. The politics of numbers then take their toll and the weakest link remains but a weak link.
It is this situation that has given rise to the popular perception that the Indians have been marginalized – but ‘marginalized’ they are not. Throw a stone up in the air along Jalan Masjid India. Guess on whose head the stone falls on?
Samy, after Anwar, AAb was the deputy PM, and now Najib. So why do you blame Anwar alone for the plight of the Indians?
Semi, have you send letters to the current DPM? Make sure you keep them too. While waiting for him to lift his finger, lets go get our hair done. Jom, kita pergi bikin rambut.
Man, many of the poor Indian plantation workers are even worse off than the Indonesian and Bangladeshi workers!!
Foreigners better off than locals. Oh Samy, where are you?
undergraduate2 at 9.30 pm,
the minister’s comment was unwarranted because he was not supposed to give a history lesson to Sheena. What he said was totally out of topic.
samy talked how Indians have a long way since they arrived 145 years ago. True but Samy they have not come a long way in your life time as President of MIC.;) Their involvement in crime has increase thou(want to take credit for that?). Yes they have moved out of estates but are those who ‘moved’ out doing any better? Are they doing great in cities and do they get a fair chance in getting jobs, education opportunities? Just look at some Tamil schools, they are still stuck in the 1950s. And the Kg. Medan happened during your tenure as President. Are you the only President of MIC where a racial issue of that magnitude has happen under his watch??
BTW Samy can you put your wealth growth and the Indians in Malaysia wealth growth on a chart?WE would like to see how the chart looks like and start the chart from the day you became President. :P
Undergrad2 asked the basic question : are Malaysian Indians really marginalized? “It is only when their position as a community is compared to those of the other races that ‘marginalization’ takes on any meaningâ€Â.
That is always true. To be more specific it is their position as a community relative to those of the other races now when compared to then (one must have a baseline time frame, say, 25 – 30 years ago).
We must assume that measuring on that basis the Indians have indeed been marginalized. Otherwise, what is there to discuss here? And otherwise also implies that Anwar has thrown a monkey wench at Samy Vellu. For when Samy shot back that Anwar was responsible for such marginalization, it simply means that the MIC leader has admitted the fact that Indians are marginalized : now why would MIC leader admit that unless the anecdotal as well as statistical evidence suggesting so is too overwhelming for the MIC leader to deny?
It is undeniable that even today Indians are higher represented in proportion to their population numbers in the professions especially law and medicine.
This is however an urban phenomena amongst middle and upper class Indians. The same is not true for majority rural Indians now spilling into the towns and cities displaced.
One notes that the thrust of Anwar’s attack on Samy Vellu is among others, the “Indians in estates were treated like slaves and subjected to abject povertyâ€Â. In other words we are talking of marginalisation of either rural Indians or Indians involved in the rural urban drift and displacement in relation to poverty.
Amongst the various indicators and benchmarks put forward in the media statement of 31st May 2006 by Protem- secretary general P Uthaya Kumar of Parti Reformasi Insan Malaysia or PRIM of how Malaysian Indians are marginaliised from socio-economic angle are the following:-
· Studies revealed Indian poor form 60% of suspects shot dead by police. Out of 60% suspected offenders of Indian descent, 95% pleaded guilty without legal representation or legal aid;
· University intake for Indians reduced by 50% from over 10% quota in 1970 top 5.2% in 2003;
· Medical seats in University of Malaya reduced by 98% from 16 seats in 2001 to 1 seat in 2003. So many chose to study in Crimea State Medical university but its degrees were subsequently derecognised;
· 80% of 523 Tamil schools are in dilapidated conditions;
· Hindu temple demolishment carried out by authorities without due sensitivities;
· 2001 Kg Medan racial clashes leaving 100 dead did not deserve an official inquest;
· Indians have lower per capita income compared with Malays and Chinese;
· Suicide rates associated with poverty highest amongst Indians – 21.1 per every 100,000 persons compared to 8.6 for Chinese and 2.6 for Malays.
If Indians were indeed marginalized as above stated, what is Samy Vellu shifting focus of blame to Dr Mahathir and Anwar about?
Samy is the Indian big chief of MIC within BN. If leaders like TDM and Anwar at the helm of senior partner UMNO did not heed Samy’s request for assistance for his community, Samy should be prepared to give up his ministerial position & personal benefits and take the MIC out of BN. That would be the principled thing to do.
One who is representing the interest of his community can’t voluntarily stay, support and play by the oppressive rules of the dominant other within BN, get the benefit of this arrangement and then shrug off responsibility for one’s community being marginalized by not being prepared to pay the price of leaving the BN’s marginalising fold.
Samy has loads of excuses, more bullshit has been churned and spin off-loaded on the indian public and public in general than anyone else in malaysian politics. Samy is clearly in a league way off his abilities.
Why is everybody criminalizing the Indians?? Everybody refers to the Indians as if they make up the majority of criminals, that as Indians they are prone to committing crimes involving dishonesty or crimes against property?
The Chinese are tops when it comes to property crimes and acts of moral turpitude.
semi value is always busy building tolled highways and signing biased contracts in favour of private concessionaires so that the rakyat can suffer while he enjoys his toll collection…
…where got time for poor and uneducated indians who will foolishly vote him back in anyway?
Here is the thing. Anwar was only DPM for a number of years but Samy Vellu has been President of MIC much longer. If there is all these letters to Anwar, then there must be other letters to past PM and DPMs. But all these years Samy Vellu has been telling Indians that the BN/UMNO is the best and have done a lot for Indians? So if he has been lying all these times to the Indians, who would botter to listen to his crap now?
When a person is pushed right to the end and finds himself inbetween a rock and a hard place there are two things that the individual can do. 1. To do nothing and be squeezed out and killed.2. To fight back. In the case of the Indians in Malaysia, they are fighting back but the greatest mistake is they are not given the right guidance in the form of opportunities in Education, avenues to start businesses, or to be gainfully employed. Without this appropriate guidance from the very party elected and appointed to represent the race, the youth have been involved in gangtersm and theft, drugs etc etc. The Indian community is the smallest by proportion in population but are the largest by porportion involved in gangterism, theft etc,etc. The more they are ignored the greater the problem becomes.
“The Chinese are tops when it comes to property crimes and acts of moral turpitude” – Godamn Singh.
Chinese Triad bribe top levels of the authorities. As characteristic of the cultural trait of the race we are commercial and entrepreneurial even in crimes, controlling the black economy of loan sharking, drugs, prostitution, gambling, money laundering etc where the big money is, using agents and proxies to do the dirty work. Malay crooks, some even Datos, just like in the white economy are fast carving a presence in these sectors. But Indian criminals and gangsters are still hanging out on the roads, side by side, with foreigners robbing, housebreaking getting profiled and shot at by police where what they make from criminal activities is disproportionate to the risks. It is the bread and butter stuff for Indian gangsters whereas Chinese and malay gangsters are working at the cream and icing part of sector. It suggests to me that even in criminal activities and amongst criminals, Indian criminals are marginalised compared to the other racial groups.
Semi Value begs for help, and then channels all the grants, donations, allocations to cronies. Then he screams at the top of his lungs to complain that the Indians don’t have any help at all.
It’s time for the Indians to be courageous and stand up to this comedian and thief. Yes, he uses “friendly” parties to ensure compliance and survival, but if you are all united enough, there is nothing much that he and his henchmen can do.
Many Indian in power lack the backbone or whatever bone that is sorely needed thus being the bane of society. i don’t know about Samy Velu except he was from Rengo Malay Rubber Estate Johor, But I lost my 500 in Maika which I know and many others lost their pants that I came to know.
accountability says “semi value is always busy building tolled highways and signing biased contracts in favour of private concessionaires so that the rakyat can suffer while he enjoys his toll collection…”.
I think you are giving too much premium to this guy. He is only a stooge of UMNO as he himself had repeatedly admitted. He obviously would not have a chance to sign the contracts. All these contracts are handled by the Finance ministry.
Indians have a very typical culture and beliefs that can easily lead for their ‘towkays’ to exploit. They always think that they are poor and one day, they will be rewarded. Most of them have been in the lower income structure for generations. That’s why SV can sit comfortable and control the from the top. He have main ‘leaders’ to instilled ‘fears’ and beliefs’ to those lower majorities and get away with excuses that government have been doing far enough for their communities as compared to those back in their original country.
What I like most from his responses to AI ‘s remarks are he is burning a hole into the BN ‘darkest secret’ for NEP and personal interest agendas. Thank you SV for thinking out of the box.
You have make a big different to the way we used to think about BN.
Please take care of your health as there are too many of your ‘leaders’ are making special prayers in temples to keep you going strong. I believe you have no other choice now, but to continue being that ‘MGR’ for your own communities. Well, remember to take medication on time and do some exercises to lower down your BMI.
Also do continue to ‘exposed’ AI’s past history in BN as we can understand better what it takes to be in BN, even you have to ‘sell out’ your own people whom entrusted you for a better livinghood in this country. Thank you ,SV …
During Mahatir’s time there was some affirmative action by the government in favour of the Indian community (university intake, and, employment in government service) at the expense of the Chinese community. Samy should take credit, too, for this.
As for Putrajaya, though it may be 99.9999999 % Malay, its name is 99.9999999 % Indian. Pity the Chinese blokes who have no part of it!
///Samy, after Anwar, AAb was the deputy PM, and now Najib. So why do you blame Anwar alone for the plight of the Indians?///
Yes, Samy Vellu should tell the Indians whether he has asked AAB and Najib to help the Indians, and what are the results.
I think Samy Vellu is as useless to the Indians as the ministers in MCA to the Chinese, and the latter might be even worse. Samy Vellu and MIC, just like MCA have no say in the running of the country. But as a practical person, Samy knew very well that if he was not MIC chief, another Indian would be, and that person will become rich like Samy is in the position to do so, and watches Indians being marginalised by UMNO. The professional politicians in MCA are practical too and they know there are others who would willingly replace them to watch UMNO marginalise the Chinese. Even the Chinese voters in Machap were just being practical to vote for BN. So, UMNO will continue to rule, and for that they will use NEP to demonstrate that they are in charge. The best demonstration is to introduce new discriminating measures, and now through the GLC too.
AAB has just declared that government servants will get pay increase soon. The next GE will be held soon after the details are announced.
Will the Indians and the Chinese vote for the opposition, and wipe out their MCA and MIC candidates in the next election? Their numbers might not do the job, especially when these ‘curtains’ are placed in safe seats. How can the Indians and Chinese voters be “guided”?
Samy, you know that you are nothing but a puppet of UMNO. So why pretend like you are important? Anwar had his hands tied while at UMNO. He has since left. You are still in the BN government. Redeem some pride before you leave this planet by taking MIC out of BN. You know that it is the only way for Indians to move forward, but then you also know that if you do that, you won’t get your millions anymore, right?
Samy Vellu is one million per cent sure Anwar wont be the next PM, hence his no-holds barred invective against Anwar. If Anwar should ever come to power, Samy will be the first to run. Samy, get ready youur travelling bags.
Yes Samy i believe you did asked Anwar to help Indians but he never reply. What i want to know however,is what have you done for your Indians people? Anwar didn’t help but did you? Don’t point finger at others when you yourself as the Indian leader didn’t do a thing. The only Indian you help is YOU yourself judging by you increasing belly.
Jango ang:
If Anwar ever came to power, Semi Value will be the first to kneel before Anwar with his tails between his legs and shed crocodile tears while putting all the blame on TDM.
Semi Value is nothing more than a dog licking the b@lls of the UMNO leadership and he will do the same if Anwar ever comes to power.
I am an Indian. I will vote for DAP anyday compared to an Indian from MIC. The reason? Being a crony of UMNO gets the MIC guy his car/banglo/thick gold bracelets. Compare that to a DAP guy…he struggles for the rights of the people, is vulnerable to the ISA, gets slammed by the mainstream media with lots of bullshit anti-opposition propaganda, sued by so called morally straight bastards from the ruling governments…
I only hope that the rest of the Indians will wake up one day, and realize that their eat-sleep-shit placidness will one day dry up their rice bowls.
Corruption would be a good index as to the level of marginalisation of all races.
It goes to show that corrution is more rampant now than 9 years ago, way way more
See how samy vellu shouted in parliament:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_dcV9ZjmTc
Sam says..
http://malaysiancartoons.blogspot.com/2007/05/sam-s-tale.html
At the end of the day only the Indians can save themselves. I agree with Tai Lo Chin, that if you look at the underworld the Indians also populate the lower ranks of the criminal world. How sad. Wake up Indians!
tzarina is right… bungalow… here’s a nice fact, perhaps not known by many. Semi Value owns 2 bungalows priced at over RM2million each in the new SP Setia development in Shah Alam – Eco Park. If I recall correctly it is Eco Park and not the adjacent one by the same developer. Anyway, they are show houses and when I went with my boyfriend’s family to check it out, the salesperson proudly announced that the show house and the one next to it was purchased by the honorable minister – only to a response of raised eyebrows.
It would be good if something as public as this, can be confirmed, because I think it goes to show that some of the powers that be are not being audited and thus the matter of all government officials having to declare their assets. Coz, I don’t think something like this can be explained.
Look at the guy sitting like a MAHARAJA and pointing his finger in all directions but himself when disaster strikes.
when a supermarket collapsed in Taiwan, the developer, civil engineers, architects and those responsible for shodiness were brought to justice and given jail terms.
WHAT HAPPENED TO HIGHLAND TOWERS????? WAS JUSTICE SERVIED????
NOW THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT HOUSES AND STRUCTURES AT STAKE. THIS IS THE WORK OF GOD AND IF THEY STILL DO NOT BRING THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON (YOU KNOW WHO) TO JUSTICE, WE WILL SEE EVEN MORE CATASTROPHIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WAIT AND SEE, YOU CANNOT GO ON CHEATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND TAXPAYERS ALL THE TIME
YB SAM,
YOU HAVE ONE MORE OPPORTUNITY TO SAY YOU ARE QUITTING POLITICS AND GIVING UP MIC PRESIDENCY (ON SUNDAY )-MOST APPROPRIATELY ON MOTHERS DAY DURING THE ON-GOING MIC CONVENTION. BUT, JUST LIKE YOU, I TOO AM WORRIED AS TO YOUR SUCCESSOR. YOUR ANNOINTED FELLOW IS JUST A PUPPET1? YOUR BLUE-EYED BOY IS NOT READY!? ALL THE OTHER “YES YB” MEN WON’T HAVE YOU AROUND TO SAY YES TO!? SO HOW WOULD THE INDIANS SURVIVE WITHHOUT YOU?! – NO WAY! YOU MUST BE STILL AROUND OTHERWISE WHO IS GOING TO BRING THE INDIANS OUT OF THEIR DOLDRUMS? ONLY YOU CAN SAVE THE INDIANS!
YB SV,
Being a regular business traveller to India, I am witnessing the largest emergence of middle class and eradication of poverty taking place in India. The standards and conditions of living for the majority of Indians in India have already surpassed that enjoyed by the neglected Indian Malaysians in many areas. This very fact is a disgrace to MIC and very sad indeed for the Indian community in Malaysia.
Do not put the blame on Anwar for the dire conditions of the poor and neglected Indians in Malaysia. Please bear in mind that based on your empty promises to them, the Indian comminity elected you and not Anwar, to help them. It is your job to tackle all obstacles which may come your way to deliver that promise, be it from Anwar or whoever you can point your finger to.
He has made his PILE so do you think he wants to stick around to enjoy more leaks, structures fall apart, and more highways becoming “by-way”. Now is the time to quit SEMI, RUN WHILE YOU STILL HAVE YOUR HERPIS OR RATHER HAIRPIECE.
LET THOSE WHO LIVE BY THE SWORD DIE BY THE SWORD. HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF. THE WORLD IS ROUND AND WHAT GOES ROUND COMES AROUND.
Samy toll is just a joke. No one in or out of the govenment takes him seriously. Everyone pokes fun at him. he is a total tax payer money wasted. Its high time he left the Indians alone. What Indians got from the government could have come without him ….perhaps he was a tumbling block never the catalyst. 30+ years in MIC is enough. U must get out Samy!!!
